As the year slowly draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support. We take great pride in the relationships we've cultivated with our partners around the world over the last several years. We thank you for each and every opportunity you've given us to learn, adapt, and improve the quality of the products and services we offer you. As always, we've put together some of the projects we're most proud of from the last couple of months. We hope they bring you inspiration when planning next year's projects. Project Spotlight
Södra City
Södra City
In Uppsala, Sweden, a new district is coming to life. A district where sustainability, a healthy work-life balance, and personal well-being are at the forefront. This is a neighborhood that will be seen and heard. A district full of life, movement, and sustainable solutions. It is Södra City. And development is in full swing.
Project: Södra City & Lumi
Location: Uppsala, Sweden

Södra City is on its way to becoming a sustainable and attractive central city district - a new green urban area - that is visionary and vibrant. This extensive project is being developed by Vasakronan and encompasses 70 000 sqm in several property development projects that include offices, housing, a hotel and a preschool. Connecting the central train station with the river by way of a greenline, it's a prime example of an urban development project that will improve the entire area for everyone who spends time there.
Lumi is the third property development project in Södra City, located between Resecentrum and Fyrisån. Lumi is Latin for "light of life". A principle that has been guiding the development of the building with seven floors of bright, open office space. The perfect base of operations for a healthy and enjoyable work-life. Recycled materials are central to the development and philosophy of Lumi, and demonstrate what Södra City is all about. Lumi quickly reached an occupancy rate of over 70% before even starting construction with two major tenants, namely The Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the medtech company, Gyros Protein Technologies.
We created a full marketing pack for Södra City to bring to life the urban development as a whole and to showcase one of its flagship properties, Lumi. The package included two animations, four 360 tours, and multiple CGIs featuring exteriors, interiors, and detail shots to illustrate some of the unique elements of the project.
Enköping Logistikcenter
Partner: Genesta
We're big believers in the fact that industrial spaces can be designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and this project for Genesta's Enköping Logistikcenter is a prime example. Offering 80,000 sqm of space, this fully flexible warehouse can be modified to meet the needs of any tenant. We created 3 exterior renders to showcase the expansive property and its surroundings as well as 4 interior renders to demonstrate the potential of the fully customizable space for both industrial and office use.

Location. Location. Location.
This stunning property in London sits on prime real estate next to St. Paul's Cathedral and boasts spectacular views of both the cathedral and London from the floor-to-ceiling windows and rooftop terrace. The extensive refurbishment of over 14,600 sqm of office space places sustainability at the heart and will include end-to-end recycling of materials where possible as well as an amenity space with terraces and urban greening of the roofscape. The renders we created for this space zero in on the unique details while also displaying the potential of the property as a whole.

This office space has it all - cozy nooks, a beautiful design, tons of greenery, functional workspace, and great views. Novier wanted a full marketing package to really bring the space to life. We provided them with interior renders, detail shots, 360s, and an animation detailing everything this workspace could be for potential tenants.
